My home away from home...
I can’t say enough about EVOLV U!! It’s my home away from home. It’s always clean and tidy, and you are always greeted with a smile and a hello when you walk in the door. Equipment is nice and new and well maintained. Shanequa and RJ are amazing coaches and the clients that attend this gym are of all ages , sizes, and backgrounds. A true diverse community and I LOVE It !!

The classes are dope...
EvolvU welcomed me with open arms in March of 2022 (its almost been a year!!!!) and what was SUPPOSED to be only a jump start to get me back to the gym once March madness was over, soon turned into something I’ve been consistent with. The classes are dope, they’re literally something I look forward to every week just to dance off a long work day. I love it here

They keep the workouts fun...
EvolvU is unlike any other gym I’ve been to, and I’ve consistently worked out here for a long time now. While you invest in your health and wellness the staff truly do too! Shanequa does an amazing job of teaching while she delivers her workouts. Trap and Tone and Open gym sessions are my favorite classes to attend, both are toning classes that all fitness levels can benefit from and they keep the workouts fun, challenging and changing!

Evolv U has amazing instructors for all classes and everybody has an amazing you can do it spirit. No matter the class you are guaranteed to sweat and if needed given instructions for your needed skill level. Truly love this gym.

There is nothing I love more than going to this studio. It has changed my life SO much for the better yes because of the health and fitness benefits but also the energy that never fails to lift me up I have met life long friends here it’s my happy place. I found out about Prettygirlfitness on Facebook through a mutual friend and although I live 35 minutes away from The Dayton Fit Lab, I thought I would give it a try. I am so happy that I did!
