Appointment Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your membership at any time a week before renewal. If your membership is cancelled after that time frame it will be active for the following month and cancelled after. Please contact us via e-mail at EvolvUfitacademy@gmail.com with your name and reason for cancellation. Allow 1-2 business days for a response and a confirmation of cancellation. We appreciate your business.

Class Cancellation Policy
all classes/events are non refundable. Please purchase classes that your schedule allows you to attend.
